Included as a part of your membership dues, members may send your question to our Help Desk and within 24 to 48 hours we shall respond. As our current active members are aware, this service alone is worth the price of membership. On average, we receive 100 questions per month, so as you can imagine the staff are busy serving as a resource for membership.
