Registration includes attendance to all of the events on the days for which you register, including program sessions, the Reception with Exhibitors & Silent Auction, breakfasts, luncheons, morning and afternoon beverage breaks, as well as access to online PDF handouts and the conference mobile app.
How to Register
Registrations will be accepted online and on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a receipt and confirmation email. If you do not receive this message, please call Ryan Crawford (614) 885-0434 x 206 or Olivia Licata (614) 885-0434 x 207 to ensure your registration was received.
Cancellation, Refund, & Substitution Policy
Registration cancellations prior to end of day August 31 will incur no penalty. Cancellations on or after September 1 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to OCHCH. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after September 14 and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.
Substitutions from within the same agency are permitted at no additional cost if received prior to end of day August 31. On or after September 1, substitutions are $25 per person. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
