Caring Award Nomination

The Caring Award recognizes a caregiver who has exhibited outstanding courage and love to an individual(s) in their care, while the individual is receiving home care or hospice care. This recipient is not an OCHCH member nor an employee of any member agency. Nominations must come from an OCHCh member and the individual receiving care must be a past of current patient of an OCHCH member agency. This award recognizes someone working in the home care and hospice industry.
