Homemaker/Aide of the Year Award Nomination

The Homemaker/Aide of the Year Award recognizes a special individual who is an outstanding, personable, caring, and dedicated caregiver. The nominee must be a Homemaker/Aide with at least three years of experience in giving in-patient care and must be currently employed by an OCHCH member agency. This award recognizes someone working in the home care and hospice industry.
