Hospice Volunteer of the Year Award Nomination

The Hospice Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes a volunteer who has exhibited outstanding dedication, service, compassionate care, and love to hospice patients and their families. The individual goes out of their way to make the lives of hospice patients a little better, their days a little brighter, and improves their quality of life. The recipient of this award is a current volunteer at an OCHCH member agency.
