Simply go here to find the conference:

Your username is your email! If this is your first time logging in simply follow the instructions below, otherwise, we'll see you at the conference! |

Change Your Password!
The Conference is tomorrow! - If you have not yet logged in to the portal go here:
https://www.accelevents.com/u/login/
- If this is your FIRST TIME logging in, you need to RESET YOUR PASSWORD!
- Press the link that says "forgot password" to reset your password.
- (Your username is your email)
- If you have already reset your password you can be at ease!
- Then follow the instructions below to log in and register for your sessions and set up your profile!

I am attending the Conference
WHAT DO I DO!?
You are registered as an attendee for the 2020 OCHCH Annual Conference on 9/22 & 9/23. Below are the next steps we NEED you to take BEFORE the conference starts.
- Go to this link - https://www.accelevents.com/u/login/
- Your username is your email address
- Please select “Reset Password” and an email will be sent to you to create a password
- Once that is complete you are all set to browse around and get comfortable.
- You can register for the breakout sessions you want to attend
- Check out the exhibitors that will be present at the conference
Again, everyone receiving this email must complete steps 1-3 BEFORE the conference. |

What to do to Attend the Conference:
Sign in to Accelevents!

The whole conference is being hosted on accelevents.com. All you need to do is to go to Accelevents.com and sign in with your username which is your email address.
If it is your first time, you will have to reset your password!
When prompted make sure you ACCEPT NOTIFICATIONS so you get all the information as is come!

Find The Conference

Once you log in you will automatically be directed to the main screen for the conference. You can always find this screen by clicking on "My Events" under your name in the upper right hand corner!

Set up Your Profile
| |
 |
Go to the upper right hand corner and click on your name and "My Profile" and you can fill out your profile with your picture and contact info so you can meet people and interact with them!

Register for your Breakout Sessions
| |
 |
At this point you can look at the agenda visit booths (you don't get points for visiting booths until the conference is live) and register for your breakout sessions!
There is a button that says REGISTER to the right of each session. That's it! On the day of the conference simply sign in again and it will be live!

As you know, there will be prizes for both individuals and agencies who visit expo booths DURING THE LIVE CONFERENCE! Here are the point breakdowns and the prizes are below!
You get points for visiting exhibitor booths at the OCHCH Conference: - Visit an exhibitor: Get 5 points
- Download their stuff: Get 5 points
- Chat with the exhibitor: Get 20 points!
- See the prizes below!
- During the conference, a leader board will show who the winners are!
