I am a Virtual Exhibitor? What do I do?
Hi there! I just want to thank you for being an exhibitor and/or sponsor at the OCHCH Annual Conference and Trade Show, Sept 22nd and 23rd! Virtual Conferences are a new thing and yet you can easily think of a virtual conference in the exact same way as if you were live in the expo hall!
That means that during the exhibition times you need to have a rep standing by the same way as they would be standing by in an exhibit hall. See the Conference Schedule HERE
Below is a step by step on how to set up your booth, add staff, add your logo, upload your documents, add a description of your company, etc! I will be giving you a step by step tutorial below and you can also go to the Accelevents Official Tutorial HERE.
If you attempt to log in to Accelevents and you are not recognized, simply email me at josh@ochch.org and I will make sure you are set up properly on the back end of the conference website! |

Setting up Your Booth

The first thing you want to do is to log in to accelevents.com with your email. The login email is LIKELY this one that you are receiving this email on. From there you can add team members, etc. You might have to reset your password if this is your first time logging in.

Find the Exhibitor Portal

When you have logged in, you can find the exhibitor portal by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner and selecting "Exhibitor Portal"

Once you are in the exhibitor portal, you will see three sections:
- Teams - Here you can add team members and booth reps
- Leads- You can add leads gathered here and download them later.
- Setup- Information about your company, your logo, documents, contact info etc.

The bulk of your work will happen in the "Setup" tab. Here you can add your company information and logos as well as any documents downloads or promo videos that you might want visitors to see.
You can also put social media links! Set your booth up so that visitors can get everything about you at a glance!
Logos need to be 700x350 pixels. You can send me the logos (josh@ochch.org) and I will be glad to resize them and upload them for you!

How We Will Drive Traffic

As you know, there will be prizes for both individuals and agencies who visit expo booths! Here are the point breakdowns and the prizes are below!
You get points for visiting exhibitor booths at the OCHCH Conference: - Visit an exhibitor: Get 5 points
- Download their stuff: Get 5 points
- Chat with the exhibitor: Get 20 points!
- See the prizes below!
- During the conference, a leader board will show who the winners are!
