OCHCH has received a donation of 5,000 cloth masks!

We are extremely grateful to be able to administer these masks to our providers.

We are disturbing up to 20 masks to each provider. If you need more than 20 masks, please reach out to me next week to see if we have any more we can donate to your agency.

ATTN: YOU CAN COME TO THE OCHCH OFFICE TO PICK THEM UP OR YOU MAY HAVE THEM MASKS SHIPPED.

We only have limited funds to shop the masks, if we run out of funds you may be asked to reimburse for shipping costs or pick up your masks at the OCHCH office.

Please fill out this form below, if you are picking up your masks from the OCHCH office you may do so Wednesday May 20th- Friday May 22nd from 8am-4pm or next Tuesday-Friday from 8am-4pm.

We will NOT be in the office on Monday May, 25th.
