The really great thing is that right before the Board meeting last Thursday the CHAP surveyor walked in.

(We did well on our survey but they are doing a follow up visit now 1 year later apparently)

End result is….the surveyor was a gift and gave me some super great news re our quality and compliance to share with the board!
